Protecting Children

Saint Paul’s parish, along with the Diocese of Charlottetown, is committed to making our parishes safe places for children and all vulnerable people. In 2010 the Diocese launched the Strengthening the Caring Community program which we follow here at Saint Paul’s parish. In accordance with this program we have a strict policy of screening any volunteers, staff, and clergy who will be working with vulnerable peoples. Allegations of abuse involving minors will be reported to Child Protection Services in accordance with the Child Protection Act.
